Banning Ero-Shoujo Manga Mags as Harmful

Okayama Prefecture Gov’t tightening restrictions up on Magazines regarding Ero-Shoujo manga as it is declared “Harmful” and acknowledges high number of ladies’ comic magazines.

Here are the lists of Magazines restricted and over 40 volumes are banned in the region.

According to  Sankaku, The prefectural department responsible for young people’s welfare gives the reason for their harsh restrictions as the inclusion of sexually oriented storylines and explicit scenes of intercourse.

It is indicated that these magazines were readily displayed to minors on such Convenience Stores, Bookstores and etc. that sell this magazines and not separating it, and this attracts more young people especially young girls to buy them.

Including Osaka and Kyoto also inspecting and removing Harmful magazines on stores.
